I'm not aware of any health insurance plans that cover suppliments.
Some perscription drug plans may offer coverage.
Flexible spending accounts can cover suppliments but often they require a perscription from a doctor to treat a specific medical condition.
While there have been a few interesting studies regarding Coenzyeme 10Q and Alpha Lipoic Acid neither of these have been shown to be effective for any medical condition.
