How to naturally get rid of a headache?

anyone know how to get rid of a head ache without medicine

I think if you eat suger it helps it does for me

Drink two glasses of gatorade. Sometimes sea salt helps too.

Sometimes taking a nap can help.

Also there is supposed to be a pressure point between your thumb and first finger that if you press it and hold it it should help with the headache, although, it's never worked for me.

Take very deep breaths of fresh air (do not do this fast or you will hyperventilate) I find that a whirpool bath helps and yes the place between your pointer finger and thumb (the soft tissue in the V between those two fingers) if rubbed for awhile gives off endorphines and helps with a headache. I have to have someone else do this it doesn't work if I do it myself.

Yes, there is an area between your pointer finger and thumb (the soft V skin between the two fingers) when rubbed gives off endorphines that help a lot with headaches...I have to have someone else rub them for me it doesn't work if I do it myself...and I have them rub pretty hard. I used to get migraines and it helped sooo much!! I also take a bath in my jacuzzi tub with the bubbles massaging my neck.

Ah! This one's really easy. It's gross but it works. Drinking straight lemon juice is the most effective, but if you want it to tase better just put some into a little cup with sugar. It really helps with headaches.
