Hazel eyes, how to do smokey eye effect?

I wear eyeliner and mascara but I wanna learn how to do the smokey eye effect thing because it looks awesome.
but some people say its iportant to know the eye color?
somines hazel, if that even helps lol

go to youtube.com and type in smokey eye makeup and you should be able to find some fairly good tips from there. Best of luck!

http://www.covergirl.com if you go into the tips section on eyes it tells you how
as for your eyes being hazel I guess then you culd exchange the grey and black for brown tones xx
