Say if your 16years old and you have sex with a 13 year old is that okay or is it something wrong with that?

it could very well be illegal as well depending on where you live and what the age of consent is, statutory rape is there for a reason and probably applies in your example

I agree with bballgtpiechicighty or whatever his name is ... I think it wold be okay if you both were way older (like older that 20) but now would be way wrong and you need to be careful because that could mess both of you up for life ... Just wait

You should not even need to ask, and you should stay away from her so that you dont @#$% up her life and yours, thats not a regret you going to have a easy time living with. I really hope that you asking this first and just not trying to make your self feel better for something that you have already done...
