Have you kept your resolution for the new year?

Have you kept your New Year's Resolution so far? We are making our way in January. Have you kept it up?

im trying its so dam hard im pissing my self off

I didn't make a resolution this year. I never seem to keep them.

mostly yes.
I've only binged about 2x in the last 7 days...not good...but a start.
in those 7 days I've had 3 or 4 days of no food...good.

Not really

I'm still spending time with my family so it is hard to eat healthy when my sisters love fast food and my mom keeps making amazing cookies and meals.

So once I go home in a day or two THEN my New Year's resolutions to be more active and eat more healthy can come into play. It's easier to be healthy without temptations in the kitchen!
