Has anyone ordered carlton's course?

I have seen this infomercial on late night television for years and I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if so, is it working well for you? How hard is it to get started in property management? Is it complicated? Is there really good support with this program? Is it possible to make a good income with this program?

I did way back when. It's really not worth the money. It does have some interesting topics about foreclosures and stuff but in actuality all that information can be found online or in a book from your local library. I bought in back in 1991 before the internet was so resourceful.
