I'm going as a dark witch. You can be a vampire, werewolf, pixie. even an ipod. make up somethin. if you make something, get things that you can wear again. that way you wont feel restricted with money.

Just bring a bag of potato chips and you could be All That and a Bag of Potato Chips But you got to look snazzy to be all that and a bag of potato chips.
