How can I have a cute hairstyle?

My hair is long, but I do have short fringe and I was wondering what sort of hairstyle should I wear for school? I have a heart-shaped face and my forehead kinda looks awful when my entire short fringe is up. I cannot go without tying my hair for school as it is a school rule that every student with long hair must be tied up. Besides, I have fine hair.

It's hard to think of things since you need to tie your hair back! Could you cut it super short? I think short spiky kinda messy hair is really cute on girls. If you're not into that, you could experiment with different ways of tying it back.
