The best is CHI - it's usually $140 - $180. I've tried so many cheap ones and they worked a bit but not 100.

For thick hair wanting perfectly straight hair, I suggest a CHI. It's well worth the money.

I really don't want to spend that much because I have to buy my own. (my mom thinks I have beautiful natural waves so she won't buy me one but what it really is is thick, frizzy, bendy hair). I was thinking more towards $40-$70. Am I going to be able to get a good quality one for that much??

There are ones at walmart for that price - they straighten your hair but not so much flatten it.

thanks I'll try one out and if it doesn't work I'll get a more expensive one.

At walmart theres a straighter call bed head it cost around 65 dollars and its really good!

heat protection spray (not a lot though or you will burn it onto your hair)
