Why does my hair keep falling out and how can i fix it?

use now before and it didn't happen, I eat, I'm not really stressed, I can get stressed over family troubles and that's happened a lot recently but I don't think it would be that. At night time when I brush my hair so much hair falls out it's disgusting. Where ever I go I leave my hair there and when I'm cooking it can fall out and go in the food which is disgusting. please help...I'm 14!

This is genetic, It can be helped with vitamans.

Dear spuddyspudspud,
It is typically to loose up to 100 hairs a day. Excessive brushing and combing can make you loose more as well as any type of processing. Even putting it in a pony can cause some loss. I wouldn't worry too much about the amount you are loosing.

am 14 and my hair is falling out to . it started on the right side of my head now I have a bull patch apearing and now am loseing hair from my left side of my head. I am very worried can some one help me

Well... This isn't really an answer but it's something like a suggestion question.
The same thing happened to me. When I run my hair through MORE than 5 hairs get lost. I'm less than 13 years old. (28/10/98)
Its so irritating. I want it to stop. And yes, I do BRUSH my hair when it's wet, but now I will stop.

When I was about 5 or older I would wrap my hand around my hair tightly. It was very thick. I compared it to my Mum's hair and there was a BIG difference, hers was thin. But now... Not so much a difference.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?

I don't know, but my hair always falls out too. I have long blonde hair, I'm 15 years old. And it gets really annoying. I really hate it too, because its always all over the place, and stuck to my black clothing. My brother says I shed like a dog. I don't know, I never really worried about it though. I don't think it's that big of a deal.

that's what I'm wondering too! I'm 14 and my hair would never fall out as much as it does now. when I run my hands through my hair after I get out of the shower, about 5-10 strands come out. I'm worried that soon I'll be bald!!
