everyone has hair in their throat and nose, I learned this from school. It helps protect against unwanted stuff that might try to go up your nose or in your throat. Thats why you shouldnt smoke cause when you do it burns the hairs and you lose your defence and unwanted stuff can know go into your nose.

What I need to know is how to get rid of this bothering sensation.
I know everyone has hair in their nose. Didn't know that about throat though. Well, even if they did, I've never had this issue till now. So, if hair was there all the time, why would it only bother me now, all of a sudden?!
I still need some good advice. Please help!

For the past 3 or 4 days I've had this feeling that I have a hair in my throat. I don't know if it's a hair or something else, but it is definitely VERY annoying!!! This has never happened to me before! I wonder if it's a hair or a scratch, but I don't...
remember the particular moment when I started having this feeling. I did nothing out of the ordinary to get this, so I have no clue where it comes from, what caused it. I've eaten various kinds of food during these days, drank plenty of water and hot tea. The sensation is still there and even feels worse! I put a finger in my throat trying to find the hair, but I couldn't find any hair and besides, this makes me sick. I don't see any hair in my throat if I look in the mirror. The sensation is up in the far corner or my mouth and down the throat. What can I do about it? Please help!!!
