How to make hair grow faster?

Does anyone know how to make hair grow faster, or as fast as possible? I know that everyone is different, but I'm just wondering if they're anything I can do to make my hair longer, and I dont mean extentions=)

I have really long hair.
And people ask me how I got it.
Honestly, I just wear my hair in a pony tail most of the times than in about a month,
I let it go and its longer.

But I don't know my hair grows really fast.

My advice is buy this thing called Hair Food, or Food Hair.

It's this cream you put on your hair, It makes your hair nice and shiny and strogner and longer.
I don't know what kind of hair you have.
But it should work on any types

I GOT a lot CUT OFF MY HAIR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO
and I went on fun advice and asked the same question
basically
with hair and nails there is nothing that I have taken that can rapidly change your hair length because it is genetic
though<< any vitamin for hair skin and nails , will hair strong and healthy and I have heard boost the growth of hair

by the way make sure the vitamin has BIOTIN as one of the ingredients
