Hair gets tangled, how can i stop this happening?

How can I stop this happening as it really hurts to brush in the morning, because it is that long?

I put my hair up in a pony tail eveynight and my hair never gets tangled.. adn if urs still does then try a leave in conditioner or a detangaling spray

Comb your hair when it's wet. It gets rid of the tangles before it dries.

my hair got tangled all the time at nyt and it hurt when I woke up bt now that I brush it a lot at nyt and as soon as a wake up I brush it again or put thm in pleets and thn take thm oot and straighten or curl your hair:D
