Which hair extensions do i get?

Okay so my hair isnt quit long and I am getting hair extentions for cheer camp (a track) and I don't know how to get it put in so I can do the following styles
~sloppy bun/pony tail
and so on...so how should I tell my stylist to do it like glue in soe...

in or what?

Either way they will be noticed. Sew in and glue ins work okay for low pony tails and loose hair. Since you have to wear it up get it bonded, which is way more expensive or buy a clip on pony tail or bun. That's much easier and better fore your hair.
