- Don´t skip days - one has to stretch everyday to get quick results
- Jog for like 15 minutes or do any exercise that makes your muscles nice and warm. By not being warm you can seriously damage yourself and it can take months before your able do stretch again without being in total pain.
- STretch for a half hour everyday, together with the 15 minutes it takes to warm up, you´ll just use 45 minutes out of your day. I for instance wake up at six every morning, run on one of those running thingies (cant remember what its called:P) and then stretch to 6:45.. then I take a shower, get ready for school, eat beakfeast and off I am at 7:30 to school.
- when your stretching hold the stretch for 15-30 sec. then loosen up and shake your body a bit and return to your previous stretch- by doing this your muscles get a little rest - stretching drags a lot of energy out of and your muscles have to work hard.
- And when stretching BREATHE... don´t hold your breath though it can seem natural to do so, by breathing your muscles get more oxygen which will make it easier for them to stretch.
It´s easier to understand if you think of how it´s hard to talk and run at the same time.. because by running you need oxygen, but if one adds and starts talking which you need oxygen to do.. it gets harder because you need so much oxygen to do both things.
It can really be that easy
All you need to be is COMMITED, thats key.. by being totally focused on your goals all of these requirements will be super easy
I´m a dancer and a cheerleader so you can say I know a bit about flexibility,, so if you need any future advice I´m right here

Gymnasts help!! how can i master the splits?
ok so I want to start gymnastics and possibly dancing but I have no flexibility what so ever! I just want to master the splits but I need help. My friend is a dancer and he say just keep going down but once I get to a point it just stops and I cant go...
down any further because its to painful. Please tell me some stretches and exercises that will help please!
