Gymnastics: [[handstand]]

Okk so I have been doing gymnastics for a while but something that is hard for me is handstands. Whats the best way to go up and balance without falling?

ahh I do gymnastics too,
this is my ninth year I cannot hold my handstand for longer than about 5 seconds
I think I could get better if I practiced,
but I dont
and thats the only way I could think of doing it...
