Gymnastics

KK so anyone here really good at gymnastics? because I just started and we are doing thos ring thingy's and I can lift myself up and I can do the tuck but I cant do the pike position while on the rings! I have arm muscle but how do I get enough strenght...

to do the pike position?

yahhh. I am good at it. well I was until I was forced to stop, I was heading towards making it intot he olympics.
doing the pike on the rings isn't as much as arm strength, it is more stomach muscle strength.
you need to work on your tummmy.
doo sit ups, and leg lifts and stuufff.

Yep its more core strength so work on that it`ll take awhile to do arm ups and cross`s but im sure u`ll work it out.
