okay. for an amp, your acoustic will have to be an electric-acoustic. You could also get like a cheap 2-channel mixer and plug it into an acoustic guitar amp that has a mic input. One channel on the mixer could be for your guitar and the other for your guitar. For recording you have a few options. You could get a cheap recording interface. I used to own a Line 6 Toneport. There really easy to use, but sometimes can screw up a recording by skipping (latency) if you dont have a good computer. With the toneport you can just hook a mic up to it using a regular XLR cable or plug your guitar straight in and record onto the computer. To record on the computer, you could get Audacity which is a free recording program (search for it on google) and it comes with some handy effects on it (reverb, speed reduction, pitch reduction, etc) or buy a recording program (Pro Tools, Cubase, etc)

As for the video thing. To get good sound you could record yourself using a webcam and the toneport at the same time so you could get a better quality sound than the camera's mic and just sync the audio and video on windows movie maker or something.

if you need more help just let me know!
im a genious on these things happy
