Grubs in your garden

<3 Asked by lalalovescoco292 7 months ago, 1 answer.

Ok, its early spring. I'm starting a garden. I went out into my back yard to clear out the grass and weeds. and suddenly I came across gross grubs. everywhere...15-20 per square foot is a real problem.

but I dont think I have that many.

also the grass...

that was in there was alive and green. not brown like thay said it would be if it was a problem. and definately was coming up easily, it was hard to rip out.

so if I leave the grubs in there.. will they harm my plants or will they become a problem later because they are still dormant right now (they were a little curved and not moving much)

any advice about gardening and grubs?

YOu can sprinkle grub stuff in a bag that you get at any store. They end up growing up into big flying greenish bugs and eat anything and chew holes in roses and leaves, My son-in-law had so many of them over 100 so it will be hard to plant anything they wont eat. If you see them dig them up and place them in a bird feeder for the birds to eat...
