Is it possible to grow taller?

is it possible to actually grow taller by using those books that promise it? I heard it works, but I don't know if it works for everyone. then there are pills that make you grow tall, but also increase muscle mass, which I don't want. is there any that anyone knows works, and/or has tried?

ummm, no, I'm already taller than my age, lol, take a little bit of me!! I don't mind!! if you're my age 13 turning 14 you might still grow more and more!! I grow taller every 2 months!! I keep realizing that from my clothes! lol
just try waiting til' you reach 20 and if it doesn't work, I have no idea what to do!

if they do work then tell me. because I am 4'11 and im 18 years old.

No, your height is determined by your genetics. Now that I said that...if you have a syndrome, malnutrition etc. this can effect your height. You will continue to grow into your 20s and some will get a real spurt of growth right after puberty.
