How do I downolad TO a memory card?

Put the memory card in whatever device you're using it with...and then download...LOL I don't know how else to say it. Unless I'm reading your question wrong.

It depends what memory card you are talking about, There are playstation memory cards. Camera memory cards, Mobile Phone memory cards. If it's Camera or phone memory card, make sure you have the memory card in the device and connect it up to your computer with the appropriate cable. If you have windows XP/Vista it should automatically detect as a 'Mass Storage Device' and windows will display a removable drive in 'My Computer' so just double click my computer then navigate to the removable drive. Drag and drop any files you want on the memory card into this window. I hope I have helped you in someway =)
