Grandparents rights

How can I keep my grandaughter being takenaway from me?

I'm taking a law class and trying to find something in my books to help you out. But I need to know a little more about the situation. If its not too intruding, could you message me with a few details?

Grandparents do have rights but they do not overpower the rights of the parents. (that is unless you have tons of money for grate lawyers.) Could you tell us more?
