Well I'm a girl, but most guys I know of do it WAY WAY more than once a week. I don't think it's even bad. Don't worry about it!

I blame the schools- or did you just miss all the sex education classes? there are lots of questions already on this subject, you could search for them using the search box at top right, and read the answers.
