Excercise during pregnancy is actually recommended, but there are certain types of motions you shouldn't do.
If you have an experienced yoga trainer, he/she should be able to guide you in the best movements that will be safe for you and the baby.

im young so im not to sure but if your going 2 the gym then it should b ohk just dont over do it and drink and eat plenty. if your very concerned you could try a new thing istead and find smting else that calms you down. think bowt takeing a nice warm bath, with 'brain musìc' to send you into a relaxing brain wave. it helps me. and if you don't know what brain music is its smooth bet music that has no words. peace owt!

Going to a gym while pregnant
Im 22 weeks pregnant and sooo sick of sitting in the house. I've been to a couple yoga classes last april and I really liked it and going to a gym. A lot of gyms around here do offer yoga but do they allow pregnant people in their classes like is it...
something that pregnant women do? And is it safe to go to a gym if I dont overdo it? I guess basically what im asking is if anybody has gone to a gym and seen pregnant women there. Its not that im trying to lose weight it just helps me a lot with stress.
