God's love

how Do You KNow for Sure God LOves U ??

well. read the bibles that's why it is there. I take it you haven't read the bible or anything out of it or else you would know he loves you for sure. try praying and getting closer to god and he will bless you and show his love for you. I think dying on the cross and going through all that pain for us is enough.

I don't know for sure that there is a 'god', so I can't know for sure anyone 'higher' loves me, all I feel is there is something 'out there' and as long as I treat everyone with kindness, consideration, respect and understanding that I will be happy with ME, and that helps me sleep at night. I'm a nurse so I pride myself on being non-judgemental and caring and bringing a little happiness into someones life.

as long as I do that, then regardless of there being something or not, then I am content with ME and I can live with that.

I was under the impression god loved everyone, or was that jesus???

I KNOW FOR SURE THAT GOD LOVES ME BECAUSE I HAVE FAITH IN HIIM AND GOD LOVES ALL OF HIS CHILDREN AND I HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF THEM. DONT STRESS THOUGH GOD LOVES YOU TOO. JUST TREAT HIM WITH THE SAME. LOVE HIM BACK AND THANK HIM EVERYNOW AND THEN!

I know that god loves me because I have receaved the gift of the holy spirit and because I have been through so much,but he has never left me I was a hopeless case without him I shouldny even be alive but he spared my life and I know its gods love shining down on me and when I talk to him I can feel his presence comforting me no matter what is going on and after a touch from the lord I always feel new again he is an awsome god and there is no greater love

2mat I add that jesus does love you and you should start seeking him talk to yhe lord cast all your cares upon him for he cares for you if you need anything fee l free to contact me I will be praying for you

I agree with lish54, god loves everyone, he saves people, not all but well everyone has 2 die one day you know?
ps. believe in god, - thats a must. and ya god has saved me a lot of times-trust me he loves everyone and will forgive.

With everything I've been through in the past few years (I am not religious to be honest) I would be having my doubts... either that or Satan controls me.

1-The Bible says so
2-God has saved me
3- He blesses me everyday
4-He always forgives me when I do wrong
5- He always helps me when im in need and have problems
6-He has answered prayers
7- He tells me he does

I believe the bible, when it tells us of Gods love for us,

I believe the Holy Spirit that lives within, as he testifies to the truth...

also, it is plain to see Gods love all around us, it we just open our eyes,

and just as plain, Satans work... trying to destroy the good that God has created.

It is very plain to see the good vs. evil... everywhere.

If God loved everyone, then he would not send anyone to hell (or allow them to choose it without an escape clause either). If you believe in god and hell, then you can not be sure god loves you. He might be planning to send you tel hell.

Talk to him about it, and ask him to show you. You also need to have faith that he IS real and that he DOES love you. I've had times that I've doubted it, but I prayed about it and I mean all the blessings just kept on coming!

He tells us in John 3 : 16, For god so LOVED the world (that's us !)...He gave you another day today, He didn't have to - counting your blessings and reading the many promises He made you (mankind) in his word (the Bible) - the main reason He gave us a free gift of eternal life with Him through His Son, Jesus Christ - He didn't have to do that either, could have just turned His back on our sinfulness and let us recieve the fate we deserve - but He didn't, Amen, Merry Christmas !!

You are just supposed to have faith, is what I have heard on this one
