for the most part I've heard yes they think its sexy..like having the butterfly on your lower back..I think thats hott too!!

---Guy - The butterfly on your lower back looks horrible, why take something beautiful can cover it up with something that will fade and look stupid soon enough. Besides, every other girl has those these days, there is nothing new or original about it, you will be one of many with a overdone tattoo in the most common of places. The lower back of a woman is beautiful, don't junk it up with something lame that only dirtbags will like.
