It does sound as though she is afraid, and perhaps a little shy.

Be patient with her. If it's her first time, it will take a very empathetic guy to convince her that it's all fine.

In my opinion, its alittle immature to have to plan the exact day when you are going to get sexual. For two mature adults who love one another, those kinds of things flow, and just come naturally. Its obvious she is no where near ready to go that far. You need to let it go, and just let her make the move when she is good and ready.

She's clearly not fully ready yet - be patient and don't push her into this. She'll come out of her shell when she's ready.
