How can I make sure I get pregnant?

I want to have a baby so I've been trying since the second of November and nuffin had happen yet I also got my period on the 9th of this month with is november and it only lasted 4 days and my period never last 4 days but anyhow after my period I had sex with my boyfriend so im hoping that I am this time.

If you are 100% sure on having a baby, just keep trying. Sometimes it takes months before you fall pregnant, it may not happen right away.

Make sure you have sex when you are ovulating, thats your most fertile time which is 14days after your period starts for about 2-4 days. Happy humping.
