Basically. Talk to a friend about it. let it aaalll out. you could write a letter addressed to no one and write down all your emotions.. thn burn the letter. sounds hippy-ish lol but it actually works babesx

I say by talking. Also, hang around some funny people. The more you laugh, the more you forget about what you spent so much time thinking about. Whenever I get like that, I just hang with my mom because she is extremely funny, I'm usually relieved from thinking for an hour or two.

Now you may not forget completely but laughing helps in making you a happier person.

If something is bothering you and you haven't told anyone, it's pretty much eating you up.
You need to tell someone like a close friend, family member such as your mother, or someone from church. That's what I'd do anyway. I myself, if something bothers me, sometimes I keep it a secret and I sometimes end up like you, not tell anyone what the problem is until the last minute. When that happens, problems start acurring. If I don't tell anyone my problems, then I'm pretty much emotional and tend to do allot of crying. I go straight to a church leader to whom I've developed a spiritual relationship with, or, a close friend of mine whoes like a grandma to me. Or, I have other friends from church I go to if things bother me.
I know I myself, wouldn't go to my family for anything since I don't get along with them. But, if your family is understanding, you should talk to them. If things have been causing you to be depressed and ruining your days and weeks, please!! talk to someone about this. And, don't be afraid!! Since I'm sure you have friends you can talk to about these things.
If you feel more pain, you can always funmail me as a sound board since I know how it is for you to feel like this.

        Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
        And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
        And also, too, to help you to know,
        That in knowing you, many others grow!
