and is their an antibiotic that can get rid of the WHOLE genital warts VIRUS for good?

From reading in Google, it seems there are some treatments you can pursue for genital warts, however, you really should talk to your doctor about it to learn what the potential treatment options are.

There is a few treatments available and wear protection when your having a out break. If you don't use protection you can spread the virus through intercourse to your partner.
Your doctor could refer you to a Urologist and he can go over treatment plans with you.
In women HPV virus is also treatable by seeing an OB/GYN Doctor. Also there is a vaccine available for women to protect themselves against HPV but this should be discussed with your family doctor. When in doubt get it checked out.

HPV is not treatable, it is however, manageable.
Sometimes in rare cases it does go away on its own.
