Is it possible to gain weight in a single day?

It takes 3,500 calories to gain a pound, but you burn a lot of that off ( varies depending on your physical activity level. So you're have to eat over 3,500 calories in a day to gain weight.

I am 5ft 8 and 59kg, I exercise most days for a hour plus and eat healthy, but somedays I do slip up and I have a little binge and eat a bar of chocolate is this bad for my body. I want to loose weight also, how can I? I am in passionate and want to see results in matter of days too.

Sometimes I make myself sick as well, I hate looking in the mirror and just see fat all the time, my legs are really chubby I want to tone them they have cellulite on them am sure, they look like a fat persons legs, its disgusting I just want to be thinner?
