Try writing down every single thing you eat and the calories for each day for a whole week. After you have done this find the average amount of calories you eat everyday. Add up the calorie totals from each day then divide by 7 (7 days in the week). When you find the average amount of calories you eat everyday start eating an extra 500 calories everyday and see if it works. Its the same thing for losing weight but eat 500 calories less everyday.

you can probably google their training regiment but I would just say the high-point to there weight gain is that they eat enough carbs for just enough energy to work out and stay up during the day without feeling light-headed... eat like snack while you're active... then they eat a huge, and when I say huge, I mean like a whole pot of pasta then some... and Yeah stick to carbs and protein... Then after you're about to puke go to sleep... you're metabolism should slow down in your sleep enough to store a lot of this as some fat?
but Do not stop working out...
Go to GNC and look for hemp protein...
It works a lot better than the rest!
