I’m pretty bored and just learned something fascinating off of Jeopardy [:

horses–generally race horses– can run so fast that all four of their legs are levitated a mere centimeter off the ground, in other words, not even touching the ground.

are you sure you don’t mean that they can move so fast that their feet only go 1 cm from the ground between kicks. that would make more sense to me. doesn’t seem acurate to me, but would make more sense than the levitation.
