It was not me who locked it but it may have something to do with the comment on your page that says:
You only weigh 117 lbs - 53kg = about 117lbs (Pounds)
This could indicate you are already an unhealthy weight so advice assisting you to lose more weight could have been seen as encouraging you to harm yourself. Which is against the terms of use for this site.
As I said, I did not lock it but I can see why another Advisor may have decided to.
