The police dont know that the meth wasnt hers sorry but heres the facts the police look at it as posessition due to its he say to she say. The police man found it in the car (whose car is it) so posession is going to be a charge for both of them boo boo. Unless she can prove its not hers.
Real stand-up guy ! - exactly why you have to be careful who you hang around with or give a ride to - it's his word against hers - the judge may go just as hard on her - how does the judge know it wasn't hers ?...I wish you and your friend the best.

Friend in trouble with the law

Ok I know someone that just recently got put in jail this past weekend as they were charged with marijuana (less than 1 oz) and meth (which was not my friends but it was the friends that she had with her) well they got pulled over for her friend not having on a seat belt and then the policeman suspected other things and ended up searching the car and by this time the other person that had the meth had tried to frame her by putting his meth down between the seats and told the cops that it wasn't his and that it was already in the car when she picked him up so since he tried to frame her and she said it wasn't hers they both got charged and put in jail... Now she is spazzing out and wondering if she will get more time because of him.. Of course at this point there has been no court date set.. What could happen to them? Would she possibly have it as hard on her because they were in her car even though the meth was not hers?
