Have you ever made a mistake that turned out to be a good thing? Can you share it with us?

turning vegetarian cause im so broke meat is too expensive for me, so i buy cheap produce from the nearby saturday farmers market...i lost weight.

Last time this happened I was texting my friend and jokingly I text him Fine! Its overrr :D and at the time I was also texting my [at the time] boyfriend well, I sent it to him accidentally then he broke up with me.

A few days later we were at my friends house and 2 other guys came over, one older than me and one younger than me. Well my ex and I started fighting and all this drama went on. Lol.

Long story short, my ex is emo and cuts himself every day. I've been dating the guy I met at my friends house for 2 months now. :D

Well does this qualify? About 10 years ago I was back in college and didn't know anyone in my area so I signed up to a site and I stated that I was only interested in finding people in my area and just looking for friends. Well I got some great responses and made some great friends. But this one fellow wrote...not from your area and just wanted to chat in emails. Well that's not what I was wanting since I really didn't have time for that. It was against my better judgement but I wrote him back. We stayed in contact for over a year daily, talked on the phone. To make a long story short after a year we met, married and have been together since. A mistake if you want to call it that, that was the best mistake of my life.
