Can my 16-year-old fiancee move in with me?

Can my Fiencee who is 16 legally move out from her mom and move in with me? I am 22 and plan on marrying her she wants out because of the verbal abuse Alchohol abuse and dissrespect she gets how can we go about this?

im only 15 but I had the alcohol prostituting and drug using verbly abbusive mum and I felt I had no one to talk to you shud talk to your fiance and ask what she wants if she wants to move in shes 16 so she shud maybe a while away from her mum it might make her want to help her mum but you clearly love her so show her that you do and be there for her xxxhunixxx

Umm the only way she could do that is if she can prove to the judge that she can live on her own or with you and its a good environment...and if she can prove the place she is staying at is a bad environment.. and her mother is not fit otherwise... her mother is responsible for her until the age of 18.

Depends on the state laws go to a pay phone call the police station tell them the situaltion tell them youy want to do it anoumously.
