For how long is pizza good after you put it in the fridge?

I haven't had lunch yet, and I have some old pizza from 4 days ago. Is it still good? How do I know when it's gone bad? The pizza has some salami, mushrooms, garlic, and artichokes on it...it smells good, but I thought I'd double check. How would I know my old pizza has gone bad?

Pizza should stay good for 3-4 days when refridgerated, but discarded if left at room temperature for 2 hours.

I'd say it should be okay to eat, as long as you eat it today (it's near the end of its life) and as long as there is no mold.
