Amazon sells some non-perishable grocery items such as your pop-tarts and Little Debbie items, but I believe you have to go to the American Amazon site and not the default UK for you. I'm fairly certain they ship overseas as well.

I believe Walmart does too, but I'm not sure if they ship overseas.

The only problem with your suggestion is that each country has food custom laws, so food is an iffy thing sending overseas. It doesn't hurt to check though.

As for recipes, they're all over the place.

You could also check the official sites for Little Debbie and Pop-Tarts because often they will tell you where you can buy them locally and local means anywhere. It may be London or something big, but available none-the-less.

Food in england isnt all bad... I mean you do have just as many mcdonalds per square mile as we do and especially if you are in london you should have no problem finding tasty foods... if you variety of foods isnt as great as our(I.e. pop tarts, ect.) its because they have either been tested over there and never caught on or they are being tested here(in america) first since we have a much larger consumer market and will eventually be brought to you.

P.S. I went to a chinese buffet in downtown london...near the theatres and everything and it was better than any chinese buffet I have ever eaten at in America... also your Mcdonalds menu is wayyy more diverse than ours and you have alottt more choices that are healthy
