Just lately when I have chocolate or milk it has been giving me really bad headache
and stomach pains does anyone know why?

hey xx
my mum has the same problem, everytime she eats cream she gets bad stomach pains and cramps. we recently found she has a problem with dairy products. This could be the same for you babe, it would be best to go see your local GP just to make sure and take it from there x

you sound like you might be lactose intolerant. I'd see a doctor for tests.
