How do you fix/cover up a darker upper lip?

theres not really any hair on my upper lip, i always tweeze it or thread it , but sometimes that area gets really dark sometimes and looks like upper lip hair. how do you fix that?

Lightly apply some powder concealer, foundation, or cover up and then apply a clear or tinted lip gloss to cover the powder so it doesn’t look “powdery”.

Well i would say use a heavier, full coverage foundation over it. Liquid would probably work best. Try a lighter shade just for that area to lighten it up. This may sound weird, but u could take a light eye shadow, like a white or cream color, and put on it to make it look lighter. Just make sure u blend if u do the eyeshadow thing.
