This is your best time to start getting used to exercises.
You can start 15 minute exercises then 20 min. depending on you.
Then regular 30 minute exercises 3 to 4 times a week will be nice to maintain. Choose the one that you like so you will do it religiously and enjoy it, too.
Start jogging.jog or sprint 2 miles a day.thats how got good time on my mile test.

hey does anybody know anything I could do 2 get in shape before school starts cus im always tired and athletics is going 2 kill me if I don't get in shape!!
