First time going out with this girl...

Well, in my opinion, im pretty good with going out on dates and stuff. But all of my 'dates' have either been with friends that I've known for a while or a girlfriend.

So this saturday I'm going to the movies with this girl that goes to my school. I've never seen her in person or anything, we've just been talking over myspace and stuff. So how far does everyone think I can go?

Like do you think it would be okay if I put my arm around her or give her a hug afterwards. Stuff like that

We've only been talking for about 2 weeks, if that would matter

In my eyes, I'd say don't go too fast. I understand you've known this girl for two weeks, but that's the thing - it's only been two weeks. This is your first date with this girl. Don't rush into anything with her, whether it's a kiss or having your arm around her. I'd say at the end of the night, if you do wound up having a good night with her, say something like, I had a really nice time with you [Her name]. I hope we can do this again, and look into her eyes when you say this. So, she'll see that you're serious and you really mean it. If she says that she had a good time do, give her a friendly hug, as if you're going to hug a friend because honestly, the best thing to do is start out friends with this girl. just relax and keep your cool. but most of all be yourself and treat her as if she were your friend. I'd say that putting your arm around her would be a little too fast - since you've never met and you've been only chatting with her through myspace for 2 weeks! but a hug in the end of the day would be real sweet, if the date went well! you can even go for a peck on the cheek if you really like her!! anyhoo... hope that helped! and I hope your date goes well =]
