oh.
I got one.
my friend did it.
get white nail polish.
and paint you nails like that make sure they are all the way dry.
and then get either the really small paint brush.{nail brush}
or like a toothpick.
and make stripes like a zebra.
SOO CUTE>

especially on guys,lol

and so is neon blue

but black

for sure

and theirs always neon green,pink,purple,orange etc...

for your nails I would say find 5 different BRIGHT colors. put the nail polish on one hand and on your other hand same order but backwards. for example I just colored my nails

left hand (pinky to thumb)
yellow(pinky), blue, pink, glitory silver, and white(thumb)

Right hand (thumb to pinky)
yellow(thumb), blue, pink, glitory silver, and white(pinky)

it looks really nice
