Can you convert this to mp4?

Can you convert an lst file to an mp4 file, and if so how and with what program?

ummm... forcedownload.com converts files
but it's for downloading things from websites such as youtube, dailymotion, whatever. I bet it's highly illegal just like limewire, but it's super helpful and it also converts the files.
Oh, and you dont have to download the program.

Are you sure it's forcedownload? I can't seem to find that on the internet? If there's an alternate URL...
