Feeling sick or that pain

I'm not sure what it is but when I looked at my ex's photo on here in the questions area,a bit of pain came back but then as soon as I go back to my Fun Mail,I feel both a little sick and in pain. What's up with this?

you still like/love your ex a lot
the only reason you are in such another relationship so quickly, is because you are trying to make yourself forget about your ex. but it’s not working.
your not completely over your ex yet, but your just dating someone new to make yourself believe that you don’t love your ex anymore and to show your ex that you don’t need her; when the truth is you still like your ex.

you still love your ex. I've'e gone through this myself. I dated another guy to get over him..but I learned that still liked him and I didn like the guy I was dating all that much. talk to your ex I guess.
