Is it normal to get really hot during pregnancy?

Hi, I am pregnant for 6 weeks. My body is so hot that my mother in law thought that i had a fever. Is this normal?

Yes it's normal be be a little hot when you are pregnant because the body generates more blood to sustain you and the baby and thus increasing circulation which produces heat. If you do feel feverish however see your doctor/midwife.
