Fear of cars

I have an unnecessary fear of being in a car
when ever another car passes, I flinch
when a light changes, I flinch
when we make a turn, I flinch
when a car is close, I flinch
when we go fast, I flinch

what will happen when I start driving?

I'm afraid of cars too. I hate to be in them. it's scares the crap out of me. I'm afraid I'll get into a crash and die a slow painful death. I don't want that to happen. I don't know what you can do. I don't know what I can do. sorry.
