convienence is nice, but open area is very serene! hard choice. I am actually in the middle of a real decision like this. hmmm... I also get all the neighbor hood kids ringing my door bell all the time... I mean I love them all and stuff...but sometimes you want your privacy to lounge and not entertain. oh.. now I feel guilty because they adore me I do love them too, but like I said...they are always wanting to come overhappy
