Fat lower body

hi I’m 16 and my hieght is 5’4 1/2 or 5’5 my weight is 133 lbs. I have a big problem with my lower body part I run and I use bike and I swim. I really need to know how to lose my lower body fat. I have a great upper abs but my lower is fat. I have a pear shape body. thank u.

It could be your heredity. Just watch what you eat. some guys I know use the Atkins like diet. seems to work well. The idea is to not eat sugars and things that turn into sugar. Also, if you seem to do a lot of leg exercises you build those muscles. People who do step machines have bigger legs and butts. Anything is better than fat.

It’s all about diet. You can’t gain real good muscle or burn fat while eating the wrong foods while exercising. You should google some diest plans.
